FLOMET™ also flows better and provides more uniform die filling. This technology allows for the easier manufacture of complicated or thin walled parts.

FLOMET™ powder mixes improves part quality and consistency. The use of FLOMET™ ensures better compositional control which improves part-to-part consistency. The result is superior PM parts. In production trials using FLOMET™, the weight control process capability index improved from 1.3 to 2.4.

FLOMET™ FOR A CLEANER ENVIRONMENT

Resistance to dusting is significantly improved with the use of FLOMET™, especially for very fine additives. The elimination of dusting results in a safer and cleaner working environment.
