The total liability of QMP, arising from or relating to an Agreement stemming from QMP Products, deliverables is limited to the sales value of QMP Products delivered for a specific project. QMP shall not be liable for any liability, claim, loss, damage or expenses of any kind or nature caused directly or indirectly by any inadequacy, deficiency, or unsuitability of the QMP Products. In no event shall QMP be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages.
